Dear Friends and Gospel Music Lovers,      Gospel music and all the wonderful people John and I have met over the years have been such a blessing! The friendships made will always be dear to us and never forgotten.  To the dear people who encouraged me to sing, I love you  and thank you!     We always prayed that the words to the songs I sang would be a blessing to those who heard them, that somehow the words would bring encouragement, peace and hope to someone who was hurting.       We want to say a huge thank you to all the churches and pastors who have invited me to come sing over the past 12 years.     You may or may not know that last year the plant where John had worked for 35 years closed.  We knew this would bring many changes to our lifestyle.  The good news is that John is working at a sister plant, we are very blessed!!  The bad news, he has worked all three shifts since being hired, but seems it will be second shift for quite some time now.  They also often work through the weekend.      At this time we are taking very few bookings, but I do have a few, places where if need be I will go along. I plan to take limited dates and continue most of my nursing homes.     So dear friends, please keep in touch and pray that God will work all this for the good.  Our love of singing and attending gospel concerts is great and it does break both our hearts that our singing ministery  has to be put on hold at this time.  We plan to attend concerts whenever possible, but the problem is  making commitments that often would be impossible to keep and we won't do that as we feel it would be totally unfair to the  church.     We love the folks at Harvest Gospel Studio in Huntington, W.V. where we recorded.  What great times that was, what great people!     A special thank you to Deloris Ullmann who designed and updated my website.  What a talent!!     We are very active in our home church, our church is growing in spirit and in number with the leadership of Pastor Jimmy Rogers and his wife Peggy and we are very blessed.  Our family is well, our grandson Camden is now three and we love him to pieces and we love seeing him often as possible!  God is good and will see us through whatever life brings. Pray for us, we'll pray for you!!     I thank God for giving me the gift of music and for allowing me to sing all these years.  I want to thank John also, because he encouraged me from the beginning and I could not have been out there singing without him.
